Abstract:With the increasing of import transgenic food in China,foods taking transgenic crops as raw materials occupied a larger share in the market.Safety of transgenic food caused more and more attention.The development status,safety evaluation and nutrition problems were reviewed.Development prospect of transgenic food was forecasted.
