SO_3~(2-)与Cl~-胁迫对小麦幼苗毒性的研究

摘    要:通过室内对比实验,研究了亚硫酸盐和氯化钠对小麦幼苗的毒性。结果表明,相同浓度的亚硫酸盐比氯化钠对小麦幼苗的伤害程度大;在总电荷浓度和钠离子浓度相同的条件下,SO32-的毒性大于Cl-。这提示亚硫酸盐和氯化钠对小麦幼苗伤害的机理存在差异,且主要由SO32-和Cl-的不同属性决定的。

Abstract:Toxicity of sulfite and sodiumchlo ride on wheat seedling was studied by a comparing experiment.The results showed that injure extent caused by sulfite was m ore serious than by did sodium chloride.The toxicity ofSO 32- was more serious than Cl - at the identical condition of electric charge and Ca 2+ .It may be concluded that the injure m echanismfor either sulfite or sodiu mchloride was different and main difference was due to the different properties betweenSO 32- and Cl - .
