摘 要: | 建立了番茄中多菌灵和啶虫脒的高效液相色谱—串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品经乙腈提取后,用Sep-pak vac固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈和甲酸—乙酸铵缓冲溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用HPLC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子(ESI+)电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质匹配外标法定量。结果表明,多菌灵和啶虫脒在1-100 ng/mL范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.998 5,平均加标回收率为87.4%~96.8%,相对标准偏差为3.7%-6.9%。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高和定性准确等优点,能够满足多菌灵和啶虫脒残留分析的要求。

Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrophy(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for determination of carbendazim and acetamiprid residues in tomato.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and purified by Sep-pak vac solid-phase extraction column.Acetonitrile and formic acid-ammonium acetate buffer were used as mobile phase by gradient elution.The analysis of target compounds was carried out by HPLC-MS/MS under positive electrospray ionization(ESI+)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.A matrix matched external standard was used for quantitative analysis.The calibration curves were in good linearity between the peak area and the concentration of 1~100 ng/mL for carbendazim and acetamiprid with correlation coefficients not less than 0.998 5.The average spiked recoveries ranged from 87.4% to 96.8% with relative standard deviations of 3.7%~6.9%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,sensetive and accurate,it could meet the requirements of residue analysis. |
