| 摘 要： | 针对甘肃省核桃种植中种苗质量差、产量低的现象,进行了核桃高接换优试验,对接穗采取装土保湿皮下舌接、蜡封接穗皮下舌接、恒温冷藏皮下舌接等措施。结果表明:接穗恒温冷藏皮下舌接接穗成活率和株成活率均高于装土保湿皮下舌接、蜡封接穗皮下舌接方式。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems of the poor quality and the lower yield of walnut seedlings planting in Gansu province,the experiment on the higher grafting was carried out.The methods included soil moisture subcutaneous tongue grafting,wax sealing scion subcutaneous tongue grafting and scion refrigerated subcutaneous tongue grafting.The results showed that the survival rate of an individual plant and branch for scion refrigerated subcutaneous tongue grafting was higher than that for soil moisture subcutaneous tongue grafting and wax sealing scion subcutaneous tongue grafting. |
