| 摘 要： | 雷电灾害是自然灾害之一,是受气候影响、空气对流而产生的一种放电现象。通过分析雷电的形成特征,指出应根据不同的防雷等级采取防御措施,特别是加强对雷电灾害的监测与预警,以期将雷电自然灾害控制在最小范围。

| Abstract: | The thunder and lightning disaster is one of natural calamities,it is a phenomenon of discharging and air convection.The paper analyzed the formation characteristics of thunder and lightning,pointed out some defensive measures should be taken based on the different lightning protection level.It should strengthen the monitoring and early warning about thunder and lightning disaster in particular,so as to control the natural disasters to a minimum. |
