缩节安(DPC)对棉花某些生理作用影响的研究

摘    要:用同位素示踪方法研究表明:棉花叶面喷施 DPC 后,可以加强根部磷酸化作用,增强了根系活力。DPC 进入棉叶后,很快被代谢并与某种物质结合。在成熟期测定,除棉花纤维外,其余各部分都发现有 DPC 存在,种子中残留量很低。此外,施用 DPC 后,棉叶中氨基酸总量提高了29.77%

Abstract:Some physiological effects of DPC on cotton plants were studied with isotopetracing technique.The results showed that:The phosphorylation of root system was promoted after foliar application of DPC.DPC could be metabolized and combined soon with some substances when DPC entered leaves.Residual of DPC was found in every part of the treated plant except cotton fibre.But the amount of DPC was low in seeds,only 1.8ppm was detected.Fourthermore,the content of amino acids in cotton leaves was increased by 29.77% ...
