气吸式联合收获机沉降箱压力损失影响因素的研究

摘    要:鉴于联合收获机沉降箱的压力损失较大,对气吸式联合收获机沉降箱在不同运行工况和不同结构参数下的压力损失进行了对比实验,同时考察了籽粒的沉降效果。结果表明:当入口气体速度由11m·s-1提高到17m·s-1时,沉降箱的压力损失随沉降箱入口风速的增加而增加,籽粒的沉降效率先明显增加,而后减小;箱体长度和隔板长度是影响压力损失的主要因素。从而为气吸式沉降箱的优化设计提供了可靠依据。

Study on the deposition chamber with air suction

Abstract:In view of the higher pressure drop of the deposition chamber of combine developed by Jiang Yiyuan professor, deposition efficiency of grain and pressure drop of chamber are analyzed at different inlet velocity of air and structural parameters of chamber. The result showed that the deposition efficiency of grain was increased evidently early and was decreased slowly afterward, and that pressure drop increased when inlet velocity of deposition chamber was increased. The result of study of structural parameters showed that length of brattice and chamber were the most important factors to pressure drop. Dependable reliance for better design of chamber were provided by experimental study.
