摘    要:本研究了γ辐照对高活力离体大麦(Hordeum vulgareL.)种胚吸胀过程中DNA合成活性的影响。结果表明,DNA复制合成有一明显的起动阶段,约始于吸胀11h,286Gyγ辐照使其推迟4h。当剂量由小变大时,γ辐照对DNA非预定合成率的影响,由促进转化成抑制,对DNA复制合成率的影响,则在不同程度上皆属抑制。

-RAY IRRADIATION EFFECTS ON DAN’S UNSCHEDULED SYNTHESIS AND REPLICATION OF BAARLEY EMBRYOS DURING THEIR IMBIBITION
Abstract:A study of irradiation effects on DNA synthesis activities of barley embryos(in vitro)with high vitality during their imbibition was carried out.There was an apparent initiationstage of DNA’s replication synthesis of the harley embryos started from llth hour since theirimbibition. The DNA’s replication synthesis was delayed for about 4 hours under 286Gy ofγ-ray irradiation. The acceleration effects on unscheduled DNA’s synthesis was changed intorestraint ones as γ doses increased,while the erfects on DNA’s repllcation synthesis were allinhibited at different levels.
