苹果受精着果机理研究初报

摘    要:用气相色谱(GC)测定了PP333,GA3处理及未处理苹果果实,果台副梢中内源GA3,GA4+7,ABA,IAA,Z和ZR的含量,用质谱(MS)测定了^15N的分配运转。结果表明,PP333处理明显地增加主要座果率,抑制果台副梢的增长。而GA3则具有增大果径和促进果台副梢生长的作用,内源细胞分裂素的含量与苹果能力相吻合,其它激素含量的多少与着果没有是有显相关。多效唑(PP333)处理明显地提高了内

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF FERTILIZATION AND SEITING FRUIT OF APPLE
Abstract:The content of GA3,GA4+7,ABA,IAA,Z and ZR in the fruits and fruiting shootstreated with PP333,GA3 was measured by GC and that of 15N was measured hy MS.The re-sults showed that the number of fruits was increased,but the size of fruit and lengtk of fruit-ing shoot were inhibited by PP333 treatment.Opposite results were observed with GA3 treat-ment although the numher of fruits was higher than that in control.The content ot CTK wasconsistent with the ability or setting rruit,but no relationshlp was found between the otherhormones and setting fruit.Together with evidences of the high level of15N and total N orIAA+CTKlGA4+7in fruits and the low level of those in fruiting shoots after PP333 treatmentallow us to conclude that the mechanism of PP333 on setting fruit probahly is to inhibit biosyn-thesis of GAs,to increase the content of CTK, and to promote tbe ratio value of IAA+CTK/GA4+7,increasing and changing the status of nutrition , The distribution of15N is changedfrom the order or king fruit>fruiting shoot>lateral fruit to king fruit>lateral fruit>rruit-ing shoot. Thus the competition between fruits and shoots growth was weaken, whick resuit-ed in the higher ability of setting fruit than that in the control and GA3 treatment.
