| 摘 要： | 随着人事制度改革的不断深化,在人力资源管理方面构建惩治和预防腐败体系的重要性日趋显现。坚持正确的用人导向,把紧防治选人用人上的不正之风的关口;建立健全干部考核、管理制度,使反腐倡廉贯穿选人用人的全过程,对人事制度改革具有十分重要的特殊意义。

| Abstract: | With the deepening reform of the personnel system, the construction of punishing and preventing corruption in human resources management is becoming increasingly important. The policies including insisting personnel orientation, holding the gate of unhealthy tendency, establishing perfect governor examination and management system, and strengthening fighting corruption and building a clean government etc all play important significance in personnel system reform. |
