| 摘 要： | 研究所是农业科研单位科研创新、推广示范和公益服务三大职能的执行者。对研究所进行目标考核,可以全面衡量研究所工作,对于农业科研单位的整体发展具有重要意义。文章从省级农业科学院的视角,探讨省级农业科学院下设研究所目标考核的意义、原则和指标体系的构建。

| Abstract: | Agricultural research institutes had the functions of the research innovation, demonstration and the non-profit service. Target assessment on the institute could comprehensively appraise the work of the institute that had an important significance in the overall development of agricultural scientific research institute. This paper discussed the significances, principles and construction of index systems of target assessment on the institute from the perspective of the provincial academy of agricultural sciences. |
