微波助[Bmim]Br离子液体中玉米秸秆稀硫酸水解糖化

摘    要:以玉米秸秆为原料,在[Bmim]Br离子液体中,以稀硫酸为催化剂,用微波辐射加热辅助纤维素的水解;探索硫酸的质量分数、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、微波辐射温度及离子液体用量等因素对还原糖收率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸质量分数为10%,离子液体[Bmim]Br的用量为10.0mL,微波辐射功率为600W,辐射温度为85℃,辐射时间为60min的条件下,还原糖收率达到极大值22.46%;与油浴加热方法相比较,采用微波辐射加热能够显著提高还原糖收率;并且在[Bmim]Br离子液体介质中,微波辐射加热促进玉米秸秆稀酸水解所得到的还原糖收率均比在[Bmim]Cl或[Amim]Cl离子液体介质中的要高。

Abstract:Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature,microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid [Bmim]Br by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that the best conditions of acid hydrolysis were as follows:sulfuric acid amount 10.0%,ionic liquid volume 10.0 mL,microwave irradiation power 600 W,microwave irradiation temperature 85℃,microwave irradiation time 60 min,and the yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 22.46% obviously higher than yield ratio of reducing sugar not only by traditional dilute acid hydrolysis but also by microwave irradiation heating in [Amim]Cl or [Bmim]Cl ionic liquid.
