鲫鱼斯坦尼小体组织匀浆对其血清离子钙浓度降低作用的研究

摘    要:目的]检测鲫鱼斯坦尼小体组织匀浆对其血清离子钙的降低作用。方法]将选购自农贸市场体重约200 g的健康鲫鱼在加入EDTA.2Na.2H2O自来水的低钙环境中饲养8周,之后用斯坦尼小体组织匀浆按每100 g体重1.0 m l的剂量进行体腔注射,以0.6%NaC l溶液作对照注射,注射后于不同时间断尾取血,制备血清,测量血清钙离子的浓度。结果]鲫鱼饲养在低钙水中8周,其血清离子钙浓度没有统计上的变化,却使其对CS组织匀浆产生应答性的低血钙反应。30 mg/100 g.b.w的早春鲫鱼斯坦尼小体组织匀浆,对其正常生理水平的血清离子钙有明显的降低效应,该效应至少可持续到注入匀浆后的72 h。最佳效应时间为注入后的48 h,此时的Ca2+浓度尚达不到对照组的80%,低血钙效应大约在98 h后消失。结论]研究推测,鱼类在排卵中或排卵后可能处于低血钙状态。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to test the reducing effect of Stannius corpuscles homogenate of crucian(Carassius auratus)on its serum ionic calcium.Method] The healthy crucian weighted about 200 g,which was purchased at farm products market,was fed in low-calcium running water for 8 weeks,with EDTA·2Na·2H2O adding into the water,and then treated with intravitreous injection by Stannius corpuscles homogenate as per the dosage of 1.0 ml /100 g body weight,and 0.6%NaCl solution was used as control injection,then blood was taken out from the cutting tail after injection in different time,serum was prepared and calcium ionic concn.in serum was measured.Result] When crucian was raised in low-calcium water for 8 weeks,there was no statistic change on its calcium ionic concn.in serum,but made fish produce responsive hypocalcemia reaction to CS homogenate.The Stannius corpuscles homogenates of early spring crucian at 30 mg/100 g.b.w had significant reducing effect on its calcium ionic concn.in serum at normal physiological level,the effect could last 72 h at least after injecting homogenate.The optimal effect time was 48 h after homogenate injection,the Ca2+ concn.at this time could not attain 80% of control group,the hypocalcemic effect disappeared about 98 h later.Conclusion] The research conjectured that fish might in hypocalcemic state during ovulationor or after ovulationor.
