ATR-FTIR光谱法快速测定农药溶液含量

摘    要:用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对26个浓度范围为0.03~6mg/kg的毒死蜱溶液和20个浓度范围为2~20mg/kg的炔螨特溶液进行定量快速检测。其中,两种农药溶液分别随机抽取5个样本作为预测集。采用差谱、基线校正和矢量归一化对光谱数据进行预处理,分别建立了以峰面积和峰高与浓度的定量分析模型,以峰面积建立定量模型的毒死蜱和炔螨特溶液的相关系数分别为0.995 8和0.989 5,RMSEC分别为0.168 5,0.643 2,RMSEP分别为0.196 5,1.125 6;以峰高建立定量模型的毒死蜱和炔螨特溶液的相关系数分别为0.9975,0.987 1,RMSEC分别为0.130 5,0.712 8,RMSEP分别为0.268 6,1.183 1。实验结果表明,衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱技术可用于农药溶液的快速初步测定。

Abstract:A rapid method was used to determine pesticide of chlorpyrifos and propargite contents with ATR-FTIR technology.Twenty-six chlorpyrifos content samples ranged from 0.03-6mg/kg and twenty propargite content samples ranged from 2-20mg/kg was detected,and five samples of each pesticide type was chosen as five predicted values.Subtraction,baseline correction and vector normalization was used to preprocess the spectrum data.With the models based on peak area,they were able to predict the concentration of chlorpyrifos contents as R=0.9958,RMSEC=0.1685,RMSEP=0.1965,and the concentration of propargite contents as R=0.9895,RMSEC=0.6432,RMSEP=1.1256.With the models based on peak height,they were able to predict the concentration of chlorpyrifos contents as R=0.9975,RMSEC=0.1305,RMSEP=0.2686,and the concentration of propargite contents as R=0.9871,RMSEC=0.7128,RMSEP=1.1831.Results indicated that ATR-FTIR technology can be used in rapid determination of pesticide contents.
