| Abstract: | The labor force quality is the primary factor of huge economic disparity between the northern Jiangsu and the southern Jiangsu. Attention to elementary education in the northern Jiangsu countryside should be specially paid including the development of the countryside vocational-technical education in order to comprehensively promote the northern Jiangsu rural labor force quality. |
