摘    要:为掌握安徽省牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行情况,2016-2018年,每年从全省16个地市、2个直管县的种用场、商品代场和散养户,随机抽取不同数量的牛羊血清样品,进行布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验初筛和试管凝集试验复检。结果显示,2016-2018年,安徽省牛羊布鲁氏菌病群体表观流行率分别为0.58%、0.66%和0.50%,个体表观流行率分别为0.05%、0.09%和0.14%,群体真实流行率分别为0(95%CI:0~3.2%),0(95%CI:0.1%~1.9%)和0(95%CI:0.2%~1.2%),阳性样品主要来自商品代场。结果表明,安徽省连续3年牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行率保持在较低水平,出现区域性流行的风险较小,但需持续加强监测,加强引种检疫监管,重点推进商品代场的布鲁氏菌病净化工作。

Abstract:In order to identify the prevalence status of brucellosis in cattle and sheep in Anhui Province,different numbers of serum samples were randomly collected from cattle and sheep in breeding farms,commercial farms and backyard households in 2 counties directly under the province and 16 municipalities every year from 2016 to 2018,for preliminary screening by rose bengal plate test(RBPT)and retesting by standard-tube agglutination test(SAT).The results showed that the apparent prevalence rates at herd level were 0.58%,0.66%and 0.50%respectively,and 0.05%,0.09%and 0.14%respectively at individual level,the real prevalence rates at herd level were 0(95%CI:0–3.2%),0(95%CI:0.1%–1.9%)and 0(95%CI:0.2%–1.2%)respectively,and the positive samples were mainly collected from commercial farms.In short,the prevalence rate of the disease had been remained at a low level for three consecutive years in Anhui Province with less risk of regional spread,but it was necessary to intensify surveillance,strengthen quarantine supervision over animal introduction,with the priority of promoting the purification of brucellosis in commercial farms.
