| 摘 要： | 竞赛性质的游戏,运用于体育教学中,对于调动学生学习积极性,激发学习情绪效果较好。在课程基本部分使用竞赛性游戏,有利于运动技术、技巧的掌握,运动技能、成绩的提高以及课程的练习密度、运动量趋向于合理,是提高体育外堂课教学质量的好方法之一。

Exploration of Increasing Educational Level of Physical Course with Competitive Games |

| Abstract: | The effect of competitive game is satisfactory for increasing the enthusiasm and spirit of students in physical education. The using of competitive game is helpful to the mastering of sports ski 11 and techno logy, to the inereasing of sports technical ability and sports achievement in the basical part of sport course. It can make the training density and degree reasonable. The competitive game is one of the effective methods that may increase the level of physical course. |
