姬松茸多糖及其生物活性研究进展

摘    要:姬松茸是一种常见的大型药食两用真菌,其主要功能性成分为多糖.因其具有抗肿瘤、抗辐射等多种生理活性而受到重视.对姬松茸多糖的结构、深层发酵及生物学活性等进行了综述,并对姬松茸深层发酵工业化生产和利用姬松茸多糖开发保健食品等相关功能性食品进行了展望.
