增强型线性稳压电路

摘    要:目前使用的线性稳压电源最大的缺陷在于转换效率比较低,通常仅为35%—60%,为此,针对线性稳压电路使用的NPN型电压调整管需要较高的正向偏置电压问题,提出改进型的线性稳压电路。以PNP型三极管作为电压调整管,使因电压调整管偏置电压带来的电路损耗降为O,从而提高线性稳压电源的效率。

Abstract:The current usage of linear stabilizer supply lies in the low transformation efficiency is the biggest blemish, usually only 35%~60%. The article aims at the problem that linear stable power circuits NPN type of voltage regulate transistor needs a higher positive bias voltage, puts forward a kind of improved type of linear stable power circuit, which uses PNP type of transistor as voltage regulate transistor, can make the voltage regulates transistor bias voltage to the state of bringing exhausts decline to 0, and increase the linear stable power supplys efficiency to a big degree.
