副猪嗜血杆菌河南株的分离鉴定及药敏试验

为弄清河南省规模化猪场副猪嗜血杆菌的感染情况、培养特性及药物敏感特性,并为副猪嗜血杆菌病的诊断、防治和进一步研究提供依据,对河南省3个猪场出现疑似副猪嗜血杆菌感染的病猪进行病理剖检、细菌分离培养、生化鉴定和药敏试验。结果表明,分离到的致病菌经形态特征和生化反应鉴定,有3株为副猪嗜血杆菌。药敏试验显示3株分离菌对左旋氧氟沙星均高敏,对恩诺沙星、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋钠为高度或中度敏感,而对替米考星、阿莫西林、氨苄青霉素等有抵抗力。
