密度和施肥量对油菜植株碳氮代谢主要产物及籽粒产量的影响

摘    要:以湘杂油763为材料,设置施肥量与密度互作试验,分析不同施肥量和栽培密度对油菜茎、叶可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量及其油菜产量形成的影响。结果表明,油菜可溶性糖含量随着施肥量的减小和栽培密度的增加而升高;游离氨基酸含量随着施肥量的增加而升高。群体可溶性糖和游离氨基酸总量都随着施肥量和密度的增加而升高,并与油菜籽粒产量呈极显著正相关关系。施肥量和密度分别作为主效应对油菜产量影响极其显著,两因子交互作用下油菜产量变化反而不明显。合理的高施肥量和高密度水平促进油菜增产,以高施肥量+22.5万/hm2处理产量最佳。

Abstract:An experiment,using rapeseed Xiangzayou-763 as material,was conducted to study the effects of different fertilizer levels and planting density on rapeseed stem-leaf soluble sugar and free amino acids and rapeseed yield.The result indicated that the content of soluble sugar in rapeseed stem decreased with the increase of fertilizer,and increased with the increase of density;the content of free amino acids take an upward trend with increasing fertilizer.Total amounts of soluble sugar and free amino acids had ...
