| 摘 要： | 采用不同质量浓度的苦参根水浸液浸种黄瓜种子,研究苦参根提取物对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,苦参根水浸液浸种处理后黄瓜种子的萌发明显受到抑制,抑制作用随培养时间的延长而减弱。对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响表现为:低质量浓度(5~50 g/L)浸种处理能使株高、茎粗、叶面积、根体积和植株干质量增加,促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,较高质量浓度(75~125 g/L)浸种处理则表现出抑制作用。
