摘    要:以4种高地品种柳枝稷(Panicum virgatumL.)Pathfinder、Forestberg、Nebraska 28、Dakota为研究材料,采用室内皿培的生物测试方法,利用甲醇和蒸馏水浸提柳枝稷根系和地上部,通过分析浸提液对受体生菜种子胚根、胚芽长及发芽率的影响来鉴定柳枝稷化感潜势。结果表明,4种供试柳枝稷中Nebraska 28对生菜化感最强,而Pathfinder化感作用最弱,Forestberg与Dakota差异不明显;Pathfinder与其他3种柳枝稷不同,根系化感作用强于地上部;浸提液经过稀释后其甲醇浸提液化感作用强于蒸馏水浸提液;高质量浓度浸提液对生菜胚根生长影响较大,而低质量浓度对胚芽的化感作用较大。

Abstract:The four upland varieties of switchgrass(Panicum virgatum L.) Pathfinder,Forestberg,Nebraska 28 and Dakota were investigated in the experiment.The allelopathic effects of extracts from switchgrass roots and aerial parts on lettuce seeds were investigated to give directions to introduced switchgrass and optimizing forages systems.The results indicated that Nebraska 28 had the strongest allelopathy while Pathfinder shown the weakest allelopathy.The allelopathy of Pathfinder root was higher than that of aerial...
