摘    要:为明确郑麦366高产生理基础,大田条件下研究了施氮量对郑麦366灌浆中后期旗叶光合作用光响应曲线和产量的影响。结果表明,在施氮量为0~240 kg.hm-2增施氮肥能够提高旗叶最大净光合速率和光饱和点、调节光响应曲线特征参数,改善不同光合有效辐射强度下旗叶光合速率等光合性能,提高籽粒产量;施氮量大于240 kg.hm-2,不同程度地降低旗叶光合性能和籽粒产量。本试验条件下,最适宜施氮量约240kg.hm-2。
