AM真菌对白芷抗旱性和药用成分含量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验与室内分析相结合的方法,研究接种AM真菌Beg180、Beg193和白芷土著AM真菌对白芷Angelica dahurica生长、抗旱性和药用成分含量的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌能够明显促进白芷植株生长,植株生物量显著提高,尤其是根部生长量;接种AM真菌提高了植株叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,降低叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸含量,叶片超氧化物岐化酶、过氧化物酶活性增强,从而提高了植株抗旱性;接种AM真菌可增加白芷不同部位的总香豆素含量,其中Beg193显著提高白芷根中的总香豆素含量和欧前胡素含量。但尤以接种白芷土著AM真菌的植株,白芷根部形态最为良好。

Abstract:Through pot culture and experimental analyses,the effects of AM fungi on the growth,drought resistance and the contents of medicinal components of Angelica dahurica inoculated Beg180,Beg193 and native AM fungi were investigated.The results showed that the plant growth and biomass could be promoted by inoculation;the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and the activity of SOD and POD of leaf was higher than those of controlled plant,and the contents of MDA and proline decreased;...
