摘    要:以菜青虫(Pieris rapae L.)5龄幼虫为试虫,以杀虫活性追踪为指导,采用系统溶剂分离法、制备TLC及红外光谱(IR)、质谱(EI-MS)和核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)等方法,从钩腺大戟根中共分离得到5种单体化合物,均为首次分离所得。活性测试结果表明,2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-醛基-苯乙酮、1-(2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基)-苯乙酮和β-谷甾醇对菜青虫有较强的拒食和毒杀活性,72 h拒食率分别为60.6%、56.8%和44.7%,校正死亡率分别为69.7%、59.2%和57.4%。

Abstract:The biological activity of the extraction was tested by the 5th-instar of Pieris rapae L.by the method of solvent partition,preparative thin layer chromatography(TLC),infrared spectra(IR),electron ionization mass spectrometry(EI-MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR,13C NMR) and other analysis.Five compounds were isolated and identified from the foot of Euphorbia sieboldiana,which were isolated from this plant for the first time.The results of bioassay showed that 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-aldehyde-acetophe...
