| 摘 要： | 运用随机机械取样法和生态学分析与统计方法,分析了观音山自然保护区大熊猫栖息地植物群落多样性特征,结果表明:观音山自然保护区大熊猫栖息地不同植被类型物种总数和丰富度指数的变化一致,为温性针叶林>落叶阔叶林>寒温性针叶林>针叶阔叶混交林,各群落在植物物种均匀度上基本一致,多样性指数以针叶阔叶混交林最高,其次是落叶阔叶林、温性针叶林、寒温性针叶林。在不同的海拔范围内,植物群落的特征不同,随着海拔的升高,多样性指数和丰富度指数均有下降的趋势,均匀度基本平稳。坡度大于41°时,Simpson多样性指数降到最低,同坡向丰富度的变化趋势为北>西>南>东,多样性指数呈现出西>北>南>东的变化规律。在不同的生长类型中,乔木层或灌木层的物种丰富度在大熊猫栖息地不同植物群落中占优势。
