兔饲粮钙磷比对血清碱性磷酸酶活力的影响

 用成年家兔10只进行5期试验,喂饲不同钙、磷比例饲粮,测定血清碱性磷酸酶活力变化.结果表明:试兔碱性磷酸酶活力个体差异较大.Ca:P:6=76:1,Ca:P=0.56:1与 Ca:P=2.48:1酶活力的差异极显著.酶活力变化曲线表明,家兔血清碱性磷酸酶的活力,在其自身酶活力的基础上,调节钙、磷代谢有共同的规律.成兔随饲粮钙含量的不断增加,碱性磷酸酶活力增高,但当 Ca:P 达到6.76:1时,酶活力反而强烈下降.

Activity Variances of Serum Alkaline Phosphatase in Rabbits Fed with Daily Feed at Varied Ratios of Calcium to Phosphorus

In five experimental terms,the domestic rabbits were fed with daily feed at va- ried ratios of Calcium to Phosphorus,and activities variances of serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)were measured.Result revealed that the difference of AKP activity between the experimental rabbits was significant.The highly significant difference was displayed between rabbits fed with ratios of Ca:P=6.76:1 or 0.56:1 and those with ratio of Ca:P=2.48:1.The curve of enzyme activity showed that domestic rabbits,based on their own enzyme activity regulated the metabolism of Calcium and Phosphorus by rule, the enzyme activity being increased when amount of Calcium in daily feed was increased, On the contrary,the enzyme activity decreased greatly when ratio of Calcium to Phos- phorus was at 6.76:1.
