几种紫薇属植物的抗寒性评价

摘    要:以紫薇属3个种和6个紫薇品种1a生休眠枝条为材料,通过生长恢复试验,分析它们经低温胁迫后枝条萌发情况,确定抗寒性强弱,测定低温胁迫下枝条的相对电导率、失水率、水分饱和亏缺、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量及萌芽率,利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法综合评价9份材料的抗寒性,并对紫薇品种的遗传背景与抗寒性间的关系进行讨论。结果表明,供试材料的抗寒性从强到弱表现为冰清玉蝶>Natchez>尾叶紫薇>南紫薇>福建紫薇>Comanche>Sioux>Acoma>紫锦。这一结果与生长恢复法得到的评价结果基本一致。

Abstract:The annual dormant shoots of three Lagerstroemia species and 6 cultivars of Lagerstroemia indica were used as materials to measure the lateral bud germination rate under different low-temperature treatments. 6 physiological indexes which included relative conductivity, water loss rate, water saturation deficit, MDA, soluble sugar and bud germination rate were analyzed by principal component analysis and membership function to evaluate the cold resistance of 9 materials. The relationship between genetic background and cold resistance was discussed. The results indicated that cold resistance of three Lagerstroemia species and 6 cultivars of L. indica in the order from strong to weak was Bingqingyudie, Natchez, L. caudata, L. subcostata, L. limii, Comanche, Sioux, Acoma, Zijin. It was almost the same with the result of growth recover test. The cold resistance of Lagerstroemia species and cultivars was appraised to provide theoretical basis for selecting cold-resistant cultivars.
