温室黄瓜钾素含量临界值的模拟

摘    要:依据温室黄瓜钾素吸收、分配与温度和辐射的关系,建立了基于辐热积的温室黄瓜钾素吸收与分配模型,并利用与之相独立的试验资料进行了检验。结果表明:模型对温室黄瓜钾素总吸收量、根、茎、叶、果实钾素含量的预测结果与1∶1直线之间的R2分别为0.96、0.71、0.78,0.85、0.87。均方根差(RMSE)分别为0.25 g·株-1、0.12%、0.09%、0.04%、0.05%。模型对不同季节温室黄瓜钾素的吸收量和各器官钾素含量的预测值与实测值符合度较高。

Abstract:According to the relationship between potassium uptake,distribution,radiation and temperature,a simulation model for greenhouse cucumber potassium uptake and distribution was established.Different experiment data was used to validate the model.The results showed that the coefficients of determination between predicted and measured value based on the 1∶1 line were 0.96,0.71,0.78,0.85,0.87,respectively.And the root mean squared errors between the predicted and measured value were 0.25 g per plant,0.12%,0.09%,0.04%,0.05%,respectively,for potassium uptake,root,stem,leaf and fruit potassium content.This model could provide satisfactory predictions of phosphorus uptake and root,stem,leaf and fruit potassium content of greenhouse cucumber in different seasons.
