| Abstract: | Taro is a kind of industrial crops which commonly grow in the south of China. In this paper the nutritional value, the processing status and the technology of taro products were introduced, especially the taro crisp, the taro starch, the whole taro powder, the taro yogurt and the quick frozen taro, the foreground of development for taro was also offered. |
