摘    要:大豆花序分化前期,侧芽内玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)含量较低,花序出现后,在其发育至开花的过程中,ZEN含量迅速增加,花期达最高值;花序发育后期,细胞分裂素类(CTK)含量迅速增加;说明ZEN与CTK可促进花序的发育。脱落酸(ABA)的含量变化与CTK完全相反,从花序发育后期至开花阶段,短日诱导的植株侧芽内ABA含量较低,而生长在连续光照下的对照植株营养侧芽中的ABA含量较高。

Abstract:Using the cultivar Zao 12 of soybean (Glycine max L. ) as the experiment material ?changes of plant hormones during the period of inflorescence differentiation and formation were studied. The results showed that the content of zearalenone(ZEN) in axillary buds were lower in the early period of the differentiation. From the appearance of inflorescence to bloom, ZEN content increased rapidly and reached a peak at bloom stage. This indicated that ZEN might be closely related to flowering processes of soybean. The contents of cytokinins (CTK) were no differece in the early stage of the differentiation compared with that in vegetative bud, and increased rapidly in the late stage. The results suggested that the higher content of CTK were necessary for the development of reproductive organs. The content of abscisic acid(ABA)was lower in reproductive organs and higher in vegetative organs.
