不孕育成牛人工诱导泌乳试验

选用5头（20-34月龄）无子宫和卵巢疾病的黑白花育成牛，研究用诱乳激素配合地塞米松和乳房按摩诱导泌乳的效果。试验牛每天每100kg体重注射0．5mL诱乳激素，连续注射8d，隔1d后每头每天再注射地塞米松磷酸钠20mg，连续注射3d，在注射激素药物期间每天按摩乳房三次，观察诱乳情况。结果5头育成牛全部诱乳成功，成功率100%。试验牛305d平均日产奶量8．32kg；同时对试验牛随后的繁殖和泌乳情况进行了跟踪观察，结果5头育成牛诱乳当年全部受胎并于次年产犊，泌乳期平均日产奶量11．86kg，产奶量比诱乳当年相对提高42．55％。

Artificial Milking Inducing Experiment on Nonpregnant Heifers

Five Holstein heifers at the age of between 20 mo and 34 mo without abnormal uterus and ovaries were selected to study the effects of milking inducing by hormone injection combined with dexamethasone and udder massage. Milking inducing hormone was continuous injected for 8 d with the dosage of 0. 5 mL per 100 kg body weight per day, after a 1 d break, followed a 3 d continuous injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphorate with the dosage of 20 mg per animal per day, during the treatment period, the udder was massaged 3 times a day to observe the milking inducing result. The milk of 5 experimental cows was successfully induced with the average 305 d milk yield of 8.32 kg. The following observation on the treated cows indicated that all 5 cows was mated and pregnant, the average daily milk production during the lactation period was 11.86 kg, which was 42.55 %higher than that of the previous year when milking inducing was performed.
