| 摘 要： | １９９７ 年１２ 月至１９９８ 年１ 月， 在姚安县仁和乡的仁和、者乐、蜻蛉等３ 个行政村， 采用社区林业参与性评估方法， 对和峰河小流域进行了生态环境综合治理的调查规划设计。项目建设期５ 年， 计算期１５ 年。对该项目进行了财务分析、敏感性分析、效益分析及经济评价， 认为该项目具有可行性。

| Abstract: | From Dec.of 1997 to Jan.of 1998,an ecological integrated management plan and design on Hefenghe small river valley was carried out in three administrative villages of Renhe,Zhele,Qinling in Renhe township,Dayiao county by means of community participation assessment.The pre period of the project is 5 years,and implementation period is 15 years.Financial analysis,sensitivity analysis,benefit analysis,and economy assessment has proven feasibility of the project. |
