Nd:YVO4激光照射向日葵种子的细胞遗传学效应研究

摘    要:采用功率密度为338 mW/cm2的Nd:YVO4(532 nm)激光器对向日葵种子进行照射,处理时间分别为1,5,10,15,20 min,研究激光照射对向日葵种子根尖细胞的生物学效应。结果表明:与对照组相比较,随着照射时间的延长,染色体的畸变率、微核率也在增加,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数先上升然后逐渐下降。染色体的畸变类型除了染色体桥、断片外,在15 min和20 min的处理组中出现了染色体环。

Abstract:We studied the cytological effects of different doses of YVO4 laser at wavelength(532 nm) on sunflower root tip cells.The results showed that there was chromosomal aberration of sunflower tip cell induced with laser 338 mW/cm~2 power density.With irradiating time added from 1min to 20min,the type of chromosomal aberration increased first and then decreased.Also the type of aberration increased.We found the ring of chromosomal in 15-min and 20-min treatments but not in 5-min or 10-min treatment.At the same time with the increase of irradiating time,the micronucleus rate and the rate of chromosome aberration increased too.
