| 摘 要： | 由福建省永安林业(集团)公司与连城县政府,购并5 746hm2林业用地,建立速生丰林基地。分析了基地建设的有利条件,介绍了基地规模与布局、建设方式、采伐规划等,并进行了投入产出分析,分析结果:投资回收期12.39年;年投资利润率18.54%;年投资利税率28.53%,具有较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Forestland of 5746 hm2was purchased by Yongan Forest Company and Liangchen County government of Fujian province to establish fast-growing and high-yielding plantation base.The advantageous conditions for the base construction,and relevant scale and layout,constructing mode,cutting plan were identified.The outcome of input-output analysis showed 12-39 years as reciprocated period,annual profit ratio as 18.54%,annual taxation ratio as 28.53%,with better economic returns. |
