玉米单倍体花药外露、花药大小与花粉育性的相关性研究

摘    要:以优良自交系FAPW和BN490A组配的单倍体群体为材料,利用t测验、相关分析等方法研究单倍体花药外露、花药大小与花粉育性之间的相互关系。结果表明:玉米单倍体雄穗自然加倍率较低(28.2%),大部分花药外露(81.3%)和小部分花药不外露(15.6%)的单倍体花粉可育;花粉可育的单倍体花药大小大于花粉败育的单倍体,但在花粉可育的单倍体植株中,花粉的育性并未随着花药大小的增大而提高。在实际单倍体自然加倍过程中,可以依据玉米单倍体花药外露与否、花药大小与花粉育性的关系,通过花药是否外露与花药大小判断雄穗的育性。

Abstract:The relationship among anther extrusion, anther size and pollen fertility in a maize haploid population was investigated to predict pollen sterility by anther traits.A maize haploid population derived from two elite inbred lines FAPW and BN490A was used to observe the relationship among anther extrusion, anther size and pollen sterility using t test, correlation analysis, and etc.The male doubling rate in maize haploid was rather low (28.2%).The pollen from most haploid plants with extruded anther (81.3%) and a small number of haploid plants with unextruded anther (15.6%) is fertile.The anther of haploid plants with fertile pollen is bigger than that with sterile pollen, but the pollen fertility did not simultaneously rise with the increase of anther size in haploid plants with fertile pollen.Male fertility in maize haploid can be estimated by the expose of anther or the anther size in the process of spontaneous haploid doubling.
