摘    要:为增加获得选择糖果鸢尾优良单株的机率,推进糖果鸢尾的育种进程,对其开花结实相关性状遗传进行分析,通过对亲本野鸢尾(Iris dichotoma)和射干(I.domestica),杂交后代群体F1和F2,回交群体BCIDos(F1作母本与射干回交)和BCIDis(野鸢尾作母本与F1回交)的单朵花开闭方式、时间、花葶分枝和整株开花量进行观察和测量;采收成熟的果实,测量不同群体种子的长、宽以及千粒重。结果表明:糖果鸢尾在花朵开闭时间、方式、花期、种子千粒重和种子外形方面分化大,尤其在F2代和BCIDos中。推测糖果鸢尾可以通过不断自交和与射干回交的方法获得更丰富的变异。

Abstract:Genetic analysis on flowering and fruiting related traits were conducted in×Pardancanda norrisii to increase the efficiency of selecting the plants with desirable traits and promote the breeding process.This study recorded single flower opening and closing mode and time, branching patterns and fruit growth process by taking pictures; flower numbers per plant were counted every day; seeds length, width and thousand-grain weight were also measured.The results showed that:variation of flowering and closing time, mode, flowering phase, thousand-grain weight and seeds shape were high, especially in F2 hybrids and BCIDos hybrids.It indicated that P.norrisii can provide abundant variation through continuous self-crossing and backcrossing with Iris domestica.
