幼兔感染兔出血症与日龄关系的探讨

养兔生产中存在的主要问题之一是幼兔成活率低。山西省幼兔平均成活为５７％，其中一个重要原因是兔出血症感染。据报道，此病以３月龄以上的青年兔，特别是成年兔易感染。试验结果表明，幼兔的感染死亡率也相当高，与日龄呈正相关，ｒ＝０．９６９８，ｐ＜０．０１，相关关系极显著，感染此病的最小年令为出生后６０日左右。在养兔生产中，该病一旦发生，即然立即进行兔出血症疫苗的防疫注射，仍不可避免地引起不同日龄兔的严重死亡。因此，减少或杜绝本病的发生，关键是做好防疫工作。科学的防疫时间，对幼兔来说，最好是做到与仔兔的断奶同步。

SYUDY ON THE RELATION BETWEEN RABBIT HAEMORRHAGIC DISEASE AND AGE IN YONG RABBITS

The low survial rate is one of the main problems in rabbits keeping.In Shanxi province the survival rate of young rabbits was only 57%,the main reason was that the young rabbits were reported with rabbit haemorrhagic disease(RHD).It is reported that RHD infected easily the young rabbits over the age of three months,especially the adult rabbits.This study indicated that the lowest age of young rabbits,with RHD is about 60 days old.The correlation coefficient between RHD and ages is significant(r=0.9698,p 0.01).Even if RHD vaccince were injected as soon as the rabbits infected RHD,the death was still happened.The best time of vaccination is the time weaning in young rabbits.
