摘    要:采用棉属种间杂交新方案,快速获得陆地棉×斯特提棉种间杂交可育杂种,经两次回交后,在枯黄萎病圃扩大群体,稳定性状,人工选择,在育成新品种秦远4号的同时,还选育出抗病优质、抗病高强、抗病大铃、抗病高衣分、抗病抗旱和抗枯黄萎病新种质6类24份.提出了创造新种质的方法.

Abstract:Used new technique of interspecific hybridization in Gossypium,ferile hybrids of G.hirsutum×G.sturtianum were obtained quickly.New variety of Qinyuan 4 was bred by two times back-cross and selecting and stabilized in the wilt land.Qinyuan 4 had the characteristics of high yield and good Quality and multi-adversity resistance.At the same time,six types of new germplasms were developed.All those materials were resistance to both fusarirrm and verticillium,each of them also had some other very f ine characters,such as good fibre,high fibre strength,big boll,high lint%,and drought resistance respectively.These new germplases all are the very valuable materials in the cotton breeding.
