| 摘 要： | 礼貌是一种可以观察到的社会现象,一种为达到一定目标的手段,一种约定俗成的行为规范;礼貌的语言和礼貌的行为只是表层现象,是特定文化价值在语言中的折射,只有深入到其文化深层中,才能透过这种表象,挖掘出其本质特征。

| Abstract: | Politeness is an observable social phenomenon, a way of achieving a certain goal and a kind of social conventions. Polite language and behaviors are merely superficial phenomenon which can reflect special cultural values. As long as we go into the deep structure of culture, the nature of politeness will appear. |
