缺氧条件下油菜种子发芽特性的遗传参数研究

摘    要:试验研究了缺氧条件下油菜种子发芽势和发芽率的遗传参数,结果表明缺氧可降低种子发芽率,但对发芽势影响较小。种子发芽势具有较大的遗传方差、遗传力(65.66%)和遗传进展,表明在缺氧条件下筛选发芽势强的基因型对于改善品种耐湿性可望获得明显效果。发芽率的遗传方差不显著,遗传力(17.53%)和遗传进展很小,表明发芽率的遗传改良难以获得明显效果。试验观察到缺氧条件对遗传方差和环境方差有增大作用。

Abstract:The genetic parameters of germination percentage and germination potentialof rapeseeds were studied under Oxygen-stressed condition.The results showedthat Oxygen-stress tends to reduce significantly the germination percentage butnot to affect the germination potential at a significant level.A considerablelylarge genetic variance,herediability and genetic gain were observed for germina-tion potential(h~2=65.66%)but those for germination percentage(h~2=17.53%),were very small,indicating that germination potential is the character valua-ble to the water-tolerance improvement of genotypes.The study revealed that oxygen stress tends to magnify the genetic andenvironment variance of germination potential and percentage.
