| 摘 要： | 淡紫拟青霉几丁质酶是一种对植物线虫有生防活性的酶。综合报导了国内外学对这类酶的主要性质、研究背景、生防作用等的研究结果。根据该酶的特点和作用，提出淡紫拟青霉几丁质酶为线虫防治、线虫病原真菌研究及资源调查、基因工程应用、植物病害防治等领域开辟了广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Chitinasesn by Paecilomyces lilacinus is a kind of enzyme, which has activity in biocontrol against Plant Parasitic Nematodes. Its characteristics, research backgrounds and biocontrol functions reported by scholars throughout the world are summed up. Based on the characteristics and functions of this enzyme, it is put forward that Chitinasesn by Paecilomyces lilacinus would open up a broad application prospect for the fields of nematode control, nematopathagenic fungi study and resource investigation, gene engineering application and plant disease control. |
