摘    要:某地一鹅群发生一种以败血、高死亡率为特征的急性传染病其临床表现为沉郁、不食、下痢等病变特征以内脏器官充血、出血和坏死为主。本文从鹅体内分离到16株细菌经鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌和大肠杆菌混合感染;并进行了毒力试验和药敏试验结果表明多杀性巴氏杆菌致病性较强大肠杆菌致病性稍弱两菌混合感染致病性最强。恩诺沙星、单诺沙星和头孢氨苄西林对两种菌均为高敏。其余药物为中敏或不敏感。

Abstract:isolates of P. multocida and E.coli were isolated and identified from mixed infected geese diseased with internal organs hyperemia, hemorrhage and necrosis. The result of virulent test showed that the mixed infection of P.multocida and E.coli could highly boost the pathogenicity of these two germs. All germs are most sensitive to Chloramphenicol, Enrofloxacin, danofloxacin and Cefalexin, and mid-sensitive or unsensitive to other antibiotics indicated by the results of drug susceptibility test .
