盐胁迫对沙枣愈伤组织膜透性,膜脂过氧化和SOD活性的影响

摘    要:低浓度NaCl促进沙枣愈伤干物质积累,但当培养基中的NaCl含量超过0.7%时,生长即受到抑制。蛋白质含量随NaCl 浓度的增加而降低,而脯氨酸含量、膜相对透性,MDA 含量和SOD 活性都随NaCl 浓度的增加而增加,但对SOD 同工酶酶谱没有影响,仅使迁移率小的酶带染色程度加深。本文对在盐胁迫条件下沙枣愈伤组织膜透性、膜脂过氧化及SOD 与其耐盐性的关系作了讨论。

Abstract:Low NaCl concentrations stimulated the growth of calli ofE.angustifolia,but when the NaCl concentration in the medium was over0.7%,the growth was reduced and protein content decreased,while prolinecontent,MDA and membrane permeability increased with the increase ofNaCl concentration.NaCl treatment stimulated the SOD activity but didnot alter the pattern of SOD isoenzymes.In this paper the relationshipbetween membrane permeability,lipid peroxidation,SOD and salt tolerance inthe callus of Elaeagnus angustifolia were discussed.
