| 摘 要： | 以长富—2苹果试管苗为试材,研究了PP_(333)对试管苗的应用效果。结果表明:生根培养基中添加PP_(333)可抑制试管苗地上部生长,增大根/冠比值,提高根系活力,增强试管苗对移栽逆境条件的适应能力,提高移栽成活率。对长富—2苹果试管苗,PP_(333)的适宜浓度为0.3～1.0mg/L,离体繁殖成苗率比对照提高10%以上。

| Abstract: | Apple-Fuji-2 plantlets were selected as materials for thisexperiment.The effects of PP_(333) were studied.The results showed thatthe growth of the top was inhibited by adding PP_(333) to rooting mediumbut the Root/Top value was raised,the vitality of root was enhanced,andthe resistance of plantlets to the adverse circumstance after trans-plantwas strengthened as well,thus the survival rate was raised.The suitableconcentration of PP_(333) ranged from 0.3mg/Lto 1.0mg/L,the plantlet ratioof propagation in vitro could be raised more than 10% than control. |
