| 摘 要： | 制度创新是效率更高的新制度替代原有制度的动态过程。经济增长有赖于科学、合理、充满活力,同时又能自我修正的制度体系保障。我国经济制度的创新可从创新产权制度和创新实施机制两方面入手。

| Abstract: | The system innovation is a dynamic process which the higher efficiency system substitutes original system. Economy growth depends on institutional framework safeguard which is scientifical, reasonable, full of energy and able to revise by itself. Chinese economic system innovation may obtain from the innovation of property right system and the innovation of implementation mechanism. |
