党参多糖口服液对大鼠的长期毒性研究

为了解长期使用党参多糖口服液对机体的毒性反应,以便指导临床长期用药的安全性。大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察党参多糖口服液给药的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内,一般情况和行为活动、粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液未见明显毒性反应,说明党参多糖口服液具有较高的临床用药安全性。
