N-甲基-D,L-天门冬氨酸(NMA)对肥育猪脂肪沉积的影响及其机理

摘    要:研究了不同剂量 N-甲基 -D,L-天门冬氨酸 ( NMA)对肥育猪脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明 ,饲粮中添加NMA 50 mg/ kg,肥育猪日增重提高 9.6 5% ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,胴体瘦肉率提高了 4 .0 8% ( P<0 .0 5) ,脂肪率降低3.50 % ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,皮下脂肪苹果酸脱氢酶总活力下降 1 8.6 4 % ( P<0 .0 5) ,葡萄糖 -6 -磷酸脱氢酶总活力下降 1 5.93% ( P<0 .0 5) ,异柠檬酸脱氢酶总活力下降 4 7.70 % ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,激素敏感脂肪酶活性提高 37.4 0 %( P<0 .0 3) ,脂肪组织中 c AMP含量提高 36 .6 8% ( P<0 .0 4 ) ,血清脂肪酶活性提高 1 1 5.1 5% ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,游离脂肪酸浓度上升 2 2 .6 4 % ( P<0 .0 1 )。据此认为 ,NMA可以通过调控脂肪代谢相关酶的活性 ,从而影响猪体脂肪代谢

Abstract:Effect of N methyl D,L aspartate(NMA) on fat deposition and approach of the mechanism were studied in finishing swine.The results showed as follows:Among the levels,50 mg/kg NMA group was the best,the average daily gain increased by 9.65%(P<0.01),percentage of dissected lean of carcass increased by 4.08% (P<0.05) and the percentage of dissected fat decreased by 3.50% (P<0.01).It was also found that adding 50 mg/kg NMA decreased the total activities of malic dehydrogenase by 18.64%(P<0.05),glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase by 15.93%(P<0.05) and isocitric dehydrogenase by 47.70%(P<0.01) in the subcutaneous fat.The hormone sensitive lipase activity and cAMP content in the fat tissue increased by 37.4%(P<0.03) and 36.68%(P<0.04).The lipase activity and content of free fatty acid in serum were enhanced by 115.15%(P<0.01) and 22.64%(P<0.01).These results indicated that NMA could regulate the activity of the enzyme to affect the fat deposition of swine.
