吉他霉素对断乳仔猪肠道菌群的影响

摘    要:用3种类型吉他霉素(纯粉、预混剂、包被吉他霉素)饲喂猪,连续投药28 d,第28天采新鲜猪粪研究吉他霉素对猪肠道大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌的影响。试验结果表明:3种类型的吉他霉素都使猪肠道大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P<0.05),对乳酸杆菌数量都没有显著影响(P>0.05)。

Abstract:The effects of Kitasamycin on E.coli and Lactobacilli in weaning pigs' intestinal tract were observed.The weaning pigs with three types of Kitasamycin(pure,premixed,coated) for 28 days consecutively were fed and the fresh shit of weaning pigs were collected and the number of E.coli and Lactobacilli were measured.The results indicated that the number of E.coli in all groups of Kitasamycin was minored the compared group of the gap in the tranmatic area(P<0.05),but in the number of Lactobacilli,there was no significant difference between the groups of Kitasamycin and the compared group of the gap.Kitasamycin had obvious inhibitive effects on E.coli but not on Lactobacilli.
